The last two decades have been spent surrounded by printers, mockups, deadlines, and rolls of material moving through production floors. In that time, I built a sticker manufacturing company focused on creating high-quality products and customer experiences through transparent communication and efficient workflows.
I designed the systems that helped customers understand the status of their orders as they moved through production. The same attention was given to our visual identity and brand, with consistent visual design and messaging reinforcing the trust we aimed to build throughout the process. Every interaction, from placing an order to opening the finished package, was treated as part of the overall customer experience.

A recent employment application included a workplace assessment that generated a report for both the employer and myself.
While I don’t place too much weight on personality assessments, I found the results interesting enough to share.
